Network Accounts
Maximus integrates with accounts that are created on the network - in order to start using Maximus you'll need to have at least one of these accounts created so we can set it up to use with your Maximus account.

Taboola

Getting Setup with Maximus
Once you've got a network account created, you'll need to provide that information so we can get your Maximus account up and running! If you haven't signed up for Maximus yet, what are you waiting for?

How do I know what accounts I have for use in Maximus?
The first step of the Add Campaign process displays logos for each network you have integrated with your account.
In this example, Taboola, Outbrain, and Gemini are integrated with this Maximus account.
Sub Accounts
Taboola, Gemini, and Outbrain all offer a version of a sub account - that is, a smaller unit on the account which you can use to separate your campaigns. Many of these are used by people to separate different advertisers or verticals. Set them up in a way that works for you! You can talk to your network representative about creating these.
When we add your network account to Maximus, we'll also pull all of the sub accounts that exist already on the network so you can get going right away.
How do I know what subaccounts I have for use in Maximus?
On the first step of the Add Campaign process, you can select a dropdown which lets you choose the subaccount to add the campaign to on the network.
Adding Sub Accounts
If you've added a new subaccount on the network, they will be available for use after Maximus pulls these from the network.
For Taboola and Outbrain, Maximus pulls subaccounts automatically every 15 minutes. Gemini subaccounts can be added by our Support team when you're ready to have them available in Maximus.
If there is a subaccount you want to use which is not currently available for Gemini or Outbrain, or you haven't seen Taboola update with the subaccount you've added, you can reach out to us via email at support@maximusx.com or in a LiveChat session so we can make sure they are added for you.
Sub Account Status
Maximus can only pull the Gemini sub accounts that have a status of Active. Sub accounts with the status of Proposal will be unable to be added until the status has updated. Once updated, let us know at support@maximusx.com or start a live chat by clicking the message icon on the bottom right of the page.
