  • You can now drag and drop columns in tables in Maximus to rearrange their order. The order is saved for each table individually so you can customize each report how you want it to be displayed. Your columns orders are saved across all devices too!

  • Automatic Routing - Let Maximus handle Image/Site/Presell routing for you! Set the minimum number of clicks a presell must have, and the Presell CTR % advantage a presell must have and Maximus will automatically select the best Image/Site/Presell route based on those settings.
    If no presell is the winner based on your settings, Maximus will evenly route between all presells for that image + site combination.
    When you cancel Automatic Routing, Maximus will restore your previous Image/Site/Presell routes. Read more about this by clicking here.

  • Advanced Tracking - Maximus can now track the landing page visit, click on a landing page, and landing page CTR %. Users can enable this feature on existing campaigns or when adding a new campaign. When enabled, users can add multiple Offer Links to a campaign and weight them - this is where traffic goes to when clicking on the landing page.
    Enabling this feature requires placing the Maximus Click Link on the landing page to track the clicks out from a landing page to an offer. This also adds columns to reporting to track landing page stats as well as updating reporting to change the Clicks report to a new Visits report and a different Clicks report.

  • Maximus now estimate bids for Gemini sites based on the device if there is no site bid for that site. Desktop traffic is estimated at the Group 1A bid, and Mobile traffic is estimated at the Group 1B bid. Click here to learn more about these types of bidding.
  • We’ve updated naming conventions for links used in Maximus to improve the user experience. The old Landing Page link has been renamed to the Review Page link, and is now in a separate section of the Links area. We’ve also renamed Weighted Links to Presell Links.   • Creative Traffic Allocation - Taboola users now have the ability to set the Creative Traffic Allocation for their campaigns. Taboola users no longer have to manage the Traffic Allocation for every Taboola campaign by logging in and manually managing this on the network. Creative Traffic Allocation can be set to 'Even' instead of the default 'Optimized' when creating new campaigns, and can also be edited from the campaign details page for existing campaigns.

  • Campaign Details Reporting Table Update - Campaign Details reports are now available in an expandable menu. To open a report, click on the name of the report from the side menu. Maximus will remember the last report viewed and display that report when accessing another campaign or refresh the current page.

  • Outbrain Retargeting - Outbrain users can now add segments to their Outbrain campaigns. Segments are used to retarget users who have clicked on an ad from a previous Outbrain campaign. Segments can be created by going to Settings-> Create Outbrain Segment. To apply a segment to a campaign, click “Manage Segments” from the side menu when viewing the campaign details of an Outbrain campaign.

  • User Notifications - Campaign notifications are now available within Maximus. This will notify users when a campaign has reached the Slow Amount and the Stop Amount. To view notifications, click the bell icon in the bottom right. Notifications can be disabled by going to Settings->User Settings->User Preferences.

  • Ad Language Translation - Users now have the option to have their Ad Text, Title 2 (Gemini), or Description (Gemini) translated to one of various languages that networks will allow. To translate, simply click on ‘Translate’ when setting up your ads.

  • Campaign Details Redesign - Maximus has redesigned the campaign details page to make accessing drawers and also toggles more accessible from any point in the page, and you also have the ability to hide the menu, or other details to customize what data you want to see. Maximus will remember whether you have your menu or other data set to display or to be hidden. 
  • Date Range Picker  - Maximus has changed the design that users use to pick their date ranges, so something that will be easier to use and access especially when selecting custom date ranges. 
  • Filters -  Maximus has changed the layout of the filters on the Dashboard and Manage Campaign pages to work better with the new data range picker. Also, the filters will follow you down the page so that you won't need to scroll back up when you want to change date ranges or filters.
  • Maximus Step Pixel - Maximus allows for users to implement multiple-step pixels to better optimize and account for customers that purchasing multiple items via upsell or multiple funnels. Click here to learn more about the Maximus Step Pixel
  • Other performance and aesthetic improvements.

  • Budget Increase Margin - Maximus now allows you to control when the usual budget increase occurs using the campaign’s margin. Set this in Fire and Forget Settings to control when your campaign’s budget will be increased when Fire and Forget settings are turned on. All existing campaigns have been updated to activate at 0% margin. If your campaign is profitable, the margin will increase as it did previously. This setting can be adjusted in Fire and Forget Settings of any campaign.

  • Image Performance Drawer - When viewing the Images report for a campaign, there is now the new ‘Top Performing Images’ drawer. This drawer displays the top three performing images of the campaign based on the EPC for the life of the campaign. To view, simply click “Show 3 Top Performing Images” when on the Images report tab.

This report will display the landing page data broken down by the sites the clicks originated from.   • Site Routing - In addition to the Landing Page Sites Report, there is now the ability to route which landing page a user will be redirected to after a click from a site.
  • RevContent Site Optimizations - Site optimizations for RevContent campaigns are now available. Users can now set a Site Goal Margin, Site Min Clicks, Site CPC Floor and Site CPC Cap for RevContent campaigns.

  • RevContent Widget Blocking - In addition to the RevContent widget report, something that the network itself doesn’t provide, Maximus now supports blocking widgets directly from the widget report. To block a widget, simply click the BLOCK button next to the widget id. The widget report is available in Campaign Details for any RevContent campaign. 
  • Platform Reporting - Campaign level platform and device reporting is available now. This will give media buyers a corresponding breakdown of devices/platforms and their spend/revenue. The report should aid users in being able to pinpoint the best devices and platforms to target in campaigns. The Platform Reporting is powered by Maximus’s real time data and does not reconcile with the network. Utilize the grouping feature to group by device or platform.

  • RevContent Widget Reporting - Campaign Details now has a new report that displays RevContent Widget Reporting data. 
  • Clone Images Dropdown - When cloning campaigns, you will now see a new dropdown on the Ad Setup page that will allow you to select additional images from the campaign that you are cloning that you can select to add to your new campaign. Maximus will still load up to 15 images from your campaign (prioritizing active items), but this dropdown will allow you to select additional ads that might not have been loaded with the initial 15. 
  • Cloning Gemini Images will now also clone the cropped square image.

  • Image Performance - Users now have access to a new section on the Dashboard page titled "Image Performance". This section will display the top spending images across all of your campaigns. You can click on an image to be taken to the campaign details page for that campaign. 
  • Add Conversions - We have added a new section in the settings page named "Add Conversion" that allows user to pass a click id, payout, and a conversion date to manually add conversions. 
  • Gemini Bid Mod Report - Gemini users can now view a new Bid Modifier Report for Gemini Campaigns on the campaign details page. The report gives users the ability to see data for the different Gemini Groups for the given date range.

  • Multiple country targeting - Maximus now allows users to add multiple country targeting types when adding new campaigns. 
  • Edit Ads - We have added the ability to edit your Ad Text for each ad. In order to edit Ad Text, simply click on the Ad Text from the Items table and the edit Ad Text field will appear. Maximus does not support editing the Ad Text for Carousel Ads. (This feature is unavailable for Outbrain campaigns as Outbrain does not support editing). 
  • Gemini Status Triangles - Added new status triangles to Manage Campaigns for Gemini Campaigns. 
  • Clone 10 Ads - When cloning a campaign, Maximus will clone any active items that are currently on the campaign. With the update, if you have less than 10 active items for a campaign, Maximus will also clone the previous ads that you've added. If possible, Maximus will always try to clone a minimum of 10 items. 
  • CPC Column Width - We have adjusted the CPC column width to address a bug with editing CPC from the table. 
  • Profit Percentage - We have added profit percentage to the clicks/conversions chart. 
  • Other performance improvements.

  • Campaign Reassignment - Users can now reassign campaigns to other users in their groups.
  • Grand Totals - A new "Grand Totals" row has been added to the manage campaigns table. The row will always be the first row in the table and will show either the sum of all data in the table, or an average for columns like EPC and CPC. 
  • Gemini Optimization - Gemini users can now select which Gemini Group they would like to be optimized by Fire & Forget.

  • Gemini Platform Targeting - When creating Gemini Campaigns, Maximus will now display a warning if selecting multiple targeting types. It is recommended that Gemini campaigns to not have targeting set for ‘Desktop, Tablet’, ‘Desktop, Phone’ or ‘All’.
  • Date Filter Tool Tip - A fix has been applied to a bug that caused the tool tip over the ‘This Week’ date filter button that displayed the start date for the week as ‘Monday’ instead of ‘Sunday’.
  • Gemini Ads - We have added a label entitled “Optional” next to the ‘Secondary Ad Text’ and ‘Call To Action Text’ fields when adding ads for a Gemini Campaign.
  • Conversions Table - The Conversions table within Campaign Details now displays the payout for each conversion.
  • Clicks/Conversions Chart - A fix has been applied to a bug that caused the Clicks/Conversions Chart to only display data up to 6 PM when using the “Weekend” dropdown for the date filters.

  • Custom Date Filter - The Weekend/Week day filter has been added to the Dashboard and Manage Campaigns table. Applying this filter will display only the data for either the Weekend days or Week days that fall within the ranges set on the custom date filter
  • Fire & Forget™ - A new column has been added to the Manage Campaigns table named F&F Status. This column has a toggle that allows you to see the status of the Fire & Forget™ settings for a campaign and activate/disable it from the table.
  • Pixel Preview - There is a new "Pixel Preview" button on campaign details that displays an example of the Maximus pixel for the campaign.

  • Fire & Forget™ - When changing the status of Fire & Forget™ from the Edit Fire & Forget™ settings drawer, the Fire & Forget™ toggle on campaign details will update as well.
  • Country Targeting - Ireland is now available in Country Targeting for all networks (except Content.Ad).
  • Date Range Fixes - Weekday or Weekend date filters on will not be saved when reloading a page.
  • Date Range Fixes - There is now a warning if using the Week Day dropdown filter and then selecting “Today”, “Yesterday” or “Two Days Ago” if either of those days are not ‘Week Days’. The same applies for the ‘Weekend’ dropdown filter.
  • Custom Date Filter - Fixed a bug where the custom date range value was not being saved when changing/refreshing a page.

  • Carousel Ads - Users can now create Carousel Ads on new Gemini Campaigns.
  • Carousel Reporting - Gemini campaigns now have a button next to the thumbnail on the images table that displays per-image reporting on your carousel ads. The values should be used as a reference as the feature is new for Gemini and reporting is yet to be 100% accurate.
